I recently brought my 2007 Honda Accord to Bennett Road Automotive after noticing a fluid leak under my car, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous, prompt, and extremely informative. They quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly communicated what needed to be done and how long it would take. What truly set them apart was how they treated both me and my car. Even though my Accord is “just a car” to some, it’s an heirloom to me, and they understood that. They handled it with care and respect, and after their work, it drives better than it has in the past five years. A special thank you to Caleb—he was wonderful. He took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I understood what was being done and why it was necessary. I’ve been to many automotive repair shops over the years, but none like this one. The team at Bennett Road Automotive are true car people—they genuinely love what they do. They never push unnecessary repairs or overcharge for parts. I left feeling confident and happy with my choice, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and passionate automotive care.

Called these guys on a Monday morning needing some pretty dire repairs so I could make deliveries on Wednesday and they worked some magic, got me in on Tuesday morning and got me my van back by end of day Tuesday completely repaired. Highly recommended and will be returning for all my auto work.

Caleb and the team are efficient and friendly. I appreciate having a local shop I can always trust to offer an honest assessment with fair pricing for my vehicle needs. When confirming that my blower motor needed to be replaced, they also did a simple check of the vehicle and mentioned a couple maintenance tasks they could tackle at the same time, without pressuring me to commit to extensive additional work.

These guys are great! I brought my jeep in and they gave me a quote before the work and it ended up coming in at $200 below what I was quoted. They are reputable and fair. I got their name from a friend and have been going there for years now. I tell all my friends about them when they have issues. You cant beat this place!

Amazing crew!! Caleb was so kind and helpful when I called panicking about my car, then after the issue was diagnosed, Derek was able to get her fixed up and back on the road same day, I cannot recommend these guys enough

Bennett Road Auto is a fantastic small local shop. Honest, reliable, and professional service every time. Caleb and Leo in the office make the process easy and stress-free — Leo was my advisor on my latest visit and handled everything from start to finish. They diagnosed the real issue, sourced an OEM part directly from the VW dealership so I wouldn't have to wait an extra day, and even gave me a ride home while they worked on it. They don't cut corners and they don't let you either. They also pointed me to the VW dealer for a sunroof repair that required specialized equipment they don't have — instead of improvising and charging me for it. That's integrity. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a trustworthy place to take your car.

We are so fortunate to have discovered Bennett Road Auto Service. Caleb and the ENTIRE CREW are very honest, and helpful. They did not try to pressure us into unnecessary repairs, and they went step by step through what needed to be done and the prices are very, very good. We were smiling and very happy as we left, and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bennett Road Auto Service to anyone. They are very reasonable, explain everything to you, and are very hard workers that are actually trying to help the average person and not take advantage. Please take your automobiles to them to be repaired, you will be so happy that you did!!
